Actually no they both cater to very different audiences.
TMT dedicates itself to Mods/Maps and Skins and anything else that changes the way the game is played.

AA.com ,Mohaa.com and PMOH are all set up to cater for the game player rather than the modder/mapper etc.

AA.us will compliment what TMT and .Map do already nothing wrong with having more than one mod site the more the merrier.
