i think that its kinda mixed on this subject.

It will of course be required to play the maps, so if you are in a clan and some of them dont purchase it, then there will be problems. I know that servers will host the maps right away, so i suggest getting everyone to purchase it if your server will be running the new maps.

i dont think you will be able to access Spearhead thru Allied Assault, but i could be wrong. Only time will tell.
