I got rid of that problem by configuring the favorites folder that I add SH ip's to, pointing it to spearhead.. and I have that filter that adds a spearhead section which aslo points to my spearhead executable... so when I add an IP to the favorites. it's automatically placed in my spearhead section.. and ya! the double clicking is working so far.
