On top of that the real hackers will find a way around the anit-cheats and sv_pure anyway. So that just leaves the anti-cheaters out in the cold for the uncheating mods. Best way to judge when the sv_pure has been broken is to watch those clans (we all know who they are) when there servers go to sv_pure then stop playing on pure servers because you know that its been broke. lol
