After all that.. I suggest you add every spearhead server to a favorites slot...

Other than that .. Any new servers with new IPs that were never in MOHAA... You need to add them manually. Just right click in the Spearhead list of servers and select new server. Paste the IP address in the right place.. It should automatically select MOH and the right port#... Then you just uncheck the private thing, check the favorite thing, and select the favorites folder that you copied all the other servers to.. It will then be added to spearhead.

Note that if you click a server in the spearhead list.. If it says the game isn't configured or something.. Just point the favorites folder to the game just like you did to the spearhead.
