Well let's see if I can help you out here.

1) Wait for the SDK (It's possible now but it's horribly flawed and even though the mod exists nobody uses it)

2) Wait for the SDK

3) The MG42's fire tracer like rounds if that is what you mean. I don't quite understand what you mean as far as 'Ribbons of tracers'.

4) Blow up a tank? Sounds like a Wait for the SDK issue.
