well, i really dont buy it. Id just like to say two things. 1: most of the information about the M1A1 and M1A2 Abrams tanks is classified, no one knows our armor concotion, the us govt never released a top speed etc...so any aligation against the abrams is false because no one but the petagon and defense contractors know the real capeablities of the Abrams.
Now here is a true story:
My friends dad works with two guys who commanded and drove M1A1 abrams tanks in the Gulf War. Now, during operation desert shield, in Saudi Arabia they would drag race the abrams. Now, the released speed is like 40 MPH but these guys said the tank was doing 90 + MPH and i belive em.
id put my money on the Abrams any day
