I think it is a dumb idea. It's still gonna cost alot to build it. Just make a new one from new materials. It's to much of a problem to get the metal out of the crap pulled from the site. They should just let it go. It happened and it was sad, but god, move on. I think this will just make the families suffer more, but thats just my opinion.
