It's a reference to one of the morons that calls our deptmartment. Basically, we needed to show him how to use a mouse, turn on the PC, the floppys dont go in the slot CD-ROM, and that closing programs after using them was necessary. So, he called and said this:

I swear though, the most intellengent mistake this guy ever made was trying to put the phone line into his ethernet jack on his laptop. That one actually stumped me so bad I had to goto his office, heh
