I cant name specific public qoutes but you cannot say that world leaders dont say these things all the time. Plus these statements dont mean jack shit.

I dont think so, of course a dictatorship would be easier you answer to no one, Bush was says how it is harder when you are accountable to others.
this one was just a screw up in wording that you jumped on.
But there needs to be a focused, coalition effort in the region against peace.

Personally I would take Bush over say clinton any day, I'd rather have a president that says stupid things sometimes and is'nt afraid to stand up to people, than a president is immoral and a pussy.
