I sent pretty much the same message as my first post in this thread, and this info was definitely in it:

Try doing this with the NUMLOCK key in the ON position.

What the fuck is this? Some intern aswering my questions? I know I don''t have any right to complain, since I'haven't bought Spearhead, but still. EA doesn't know that, do they.

Screw EA. Glad I didn't buy Spearhead. Their support sucks. But we already know that.
