"LOL, I always find all these "communist threats" to be hilarious. What threat? The Soviet army in 1941 was a useless disorganized heap of rubble. No offence to the Russians. Seriously, if everyone was so afraid to stand up to the Nazis for the Jews because the Nazis would have just wasted them, then why should the Nazis be afraid of some communists?"

Not only were the Russians a threat, they believed that they could have defeated the Germans without the help of the Americans. Although only 1 in 3 Russian soldier was issued a rifle, they had many, many soldiers and armor, were very commited to the to the war, and showed no signs of giving up.
