2.15 is the latest patch. I have never seen any update notice, didn't even know it existed. Not with 2.11, not with 2.15. You should be able to play on 2.15 servers with the 2.11 patch, and vice versa.

If you installed 2.11, then 2.15, and again 2.11, it seems logical the game is still version 2.15. Not sure though. I have never encountered this problem, 2.15 should work just fine.

Only solution I can think of right now is uninstall all Spearhead related stuff through the add/remove dialogue, re-install Spearhead, then the 2.11 patch, then the 2.15 patch. But maybe someone else has a solution that is easier/faster to carry out.
