nope-notlegal. read the eula. he can make a backup copy, but to make extras for each computer is not legal. those are sales lost to the publisher and royalties lost to the developer.

when publishers get less return on their investment, their likely to spend less on future projects...meaning you get games with shorter development times and less resources devoted to them - and then we get to hear the bitching about shorter, buggier games from all the little kiddies that think warezing is okay. Better yet, then you'll start to wonder why so many companies develop for consoles over pc's and the outlook for good games on the pc is grim...
