I recieved a telegram from some guy:

Lycander would like to propose an opening for diplomatic channels. We are a large and economically strong nation(600 million population and strongest economy nationstates has to offer), and perhaps we can create a lasting alliance through trade or even military assistance.

We have endorsed you, perhaps we can exchange endorsements to promote brotherhood. By returning the endorsement it gives us a record of those nations who would like assistance in the case military or economic assistance is required.

I endorsed him but told him I did not agree with some of his policies. His country seems to be communist and bans a lot of stuff.

This is pretty cool.
