My neighbor went from being an FBI agent to a SS agent (Secret Service! heh)

If you remember about a good two months ago, that chinese guy that pulled out a revolver, fired into the air, then started throwing out paper phamplets, well he was taken into custody and detained first by the Secret Service on site, and my neighbor was the first one to draw a gun on him. If you watch the video, he's the kinda bulky white guy with a flat-top hair cut.
