To me what they did was basically attempted murder, was it not? They should be put in prsion with no parole, but the justice system is fucked up pretty much every where. If you kill someone you should get put in jail for life. Attemped murder, 25 years. I don't see how hard it can be. Why let judges decide. All they need to do is decide if the person is guilty or not guilty. Then if they are fond guilty, look at the table and thats what they get.

Sadly it wont be classified as attempted murder, simply because they did feed the child, just not on a regular schedule. This is child abuse to the 100th degree, no bones about it. And I dont think either parents are going to be getting a "Rally To Free The Crazies" going in their honor. So the half-mil each pretty much garuntees them a place in county until they're sent to jail or something. It's pretty obvious the kids wont be going back with the parents.
