They can sue anyone who's illegal hosting music. Child, or adult. There more than likely WILL be a backlash against the RIAA. The large bloc of youngster who DID buy ANY CRAP that was put out but became more selective what they actually purchased, will NOT suddenly flock back to spending all that money on store cds. Not gonna happen. When the sales figures stay the same, then the RIAA is going to have to face the realization that the consumer is sick of the prices, quality, and delivery system that is in place now.
