theres a rush u can get from drugs that is on another level. its different from a rush acheived from adrenaline though. id say other than certain moments under the influence, it was skating this large set of stairs. the feeling of being in the air, going at that speed, and forgetting everything and anything just felt amazing. then i hit the pavement and fucked myself up. fun times
