i have a p4 2.8ghz with 512mb of ram, a raedon 9800, a 768/1500 dsl line, and 7200rpm drives, i dont have ANY speed probs.... i didnt have speed probs on my old machine either besides loading.

it has a 850mhz t-bird, 512mb of ram, and a gf4 420mx, a 128/1500 cable line, and 7200rpm drives.

it may be your internet speed, ram speed, or if u have a celeron, or duron, that may be the probs, those are both weak processors.
