*Sigh* Look at the orignal picture that he used (the one that buck posted) and compare it to the picture in the sig..
Look really close and you will notice that there is two different blue's in it, divided by a horizon..
Exactly as the orignal picture..
Hence, its not a added glow, but a poorly cut picture..
