Going to bed at like 5 - 6 pm, and getting up at 9 pm. I work nights. On my days off i tend to get some more, but it really depends on what im doing on my days off. I've found that anything over 6 gives me some really bad back pain so i try to cut it off there, but somethimes im just fucking spent.
