Celcius = Centigrade

Anders Celsius (1701–1744), a Swedish astronomer, invented the thermometer with a scale of 100 degrees from freezing to boiling of water, but English called it a centigrade thermometer until in 1948 an international convention decided to honor Celsius by giving it his name. Conventional notation for such temperatures remained unchanged: it is still 10°C or 22°C for centigrade or Celsius; both are Standard.

So yeah, were all talking in celsius. Pretty much everyone in Europe and everyone in Canada uses celsius.
