cmelton is Offline Senior Member Posts: 147 Join Date: May 2002	02-03-2004, 12:32 PM I believe the plextor dvdr is the only drive that can burn at 8x using 4x media. Since there is little or no 8x media to be found then the plextor is the best as far as performance. teak-floppy
