haji is another term we use for muslims, it got popular with the troops when they went into iraq, the muslims remind them of that fruit haji from johnny quest, also its a great term because when they call the muslims haji's they dont get offended because they dont know what the americans are implying, they are actually honored when u call them haji because they think your talking about someone who made the "hajj" to mecca.

So you can now add haji to one of the many terms we use to describe people from the middle east.
