If I had my way, that guy would be executed by means of being hunted for sport. Set him loose in an enclosed area of woods with a half-dozen elite military snipers. Better yet, not-so-elite military snipers who would graze him a few times before killing him. The sick fuck deserves to suffer. A quick death would be too good for him.
