i partially agree with madmartagen about the bush being on watch, but clinton did a lot of really retarded things, take the somalia (black hawk down) crisis for example. bill clinton, when it came to foreign policy and dealing with known terrorists, was fuckin borderline (retarded)

i saw this interview yesterday while at work, i dont remember the guy's name, but it seems that bush wanted this man to find evidence of iraq's direct involvement in 9-11. he said bush never asked him to make anything up, but that he wanted to hear that iraq was responsible no matter what....so basically bush was after iraq from square one, and there was more to us going to war than a bullshit wmd hunt
