The American Revolution can be compared to the Cuban revolution. When America was founded the high taxes and oppressive Government held down the common man. The people were sick and tired of the tyrranny and decided to fight back. Cuba however had other problems other than taxes. It figures that America would be pissed off about money and not the welfare of the people

Reasons why Cuba hates America:

-Monroe Docrtine 1812
-Spanish American War
-.S. President Roosevelt issues an executive order in which Cuba's provisional governor comes under the direct supervision of the Secretary of War (lasts for about 10 years)
-President Wilson orders General Enoch Crowder to Havana (without consulting the Cuban government) as his personal representative.
