1) Ping the router, if you don't get a reply then you know something is up on the host end.

2) If you can ping the router, pull up the command prompt and type ipconfig /all and see if your workstation is pulling an IP address from the router. And make sure the DNS server(s) are listed.

3) Type ipconfig /renew at the command prompt, wait a sec, and then repeat step 2.

4) Make sure the router is set to DHCP and that there are enough addresses to be handed out, and that your PC is also set to DHCP.

5) After trying the above steps, use the command prompt to try to ping an outside server, such as google.com. If this works, then the problem lies in your browser. Go to tools->internet options->connections tab -> setups and set the browser to run through a LAN.
