i think i used to get scared of how primitively gory it was

like i saw more blood in mortal kombat 64 (or even better MACE: THE DARK AGES----amazing game), but doom freaked me out

system shock i would get really immersed in the game and hear something coming cuz the audio was real good


i think sound has a big thing to do with scariness

has anyone heard of the game F.E.A.R.? it doesnt sound scary but some pc magazine i bought said it was
