First you must be playing the game at the hardest skill level. Next go to the mission where you have to get through the village full of snipers. Make sure the sargent you meet at the beginning as well as two of the four privates in the first half of the level survive the whole mission. Also make sure the entire tank crew survives. Then when you get to the king tiger instead of loading the level where you drive the tank around you reappear in the same level but must play hide and go seek with "bazooka med"! You have 60 seconds to find a safe spot to hide in the village and then bazooka med will come looking for you.
