GTA caters to "whats popular" at the minute. Without the guns and the swearing and the rap elements in the game it would just be another gta game with some improvements. Amazingly enough this is the first gta game you play as a black guy and it just happens to have all these elements in place, real convenient\stereotypical i suppose. rolleyes:

Why the fuck would they take out the guns? You think gangsters solve their problems with moderate conversation? They're trying to portray gangster life as accurately as they can, wtf else are they going to base it on? It's grand theft auto. oOo:
The games massive, its not just a few guns and black guys on top of the same engine, the amount of improvements is almost uncountable. You could just as easily say HL2 is the same game with fancy physics and new textures. It's pretty much what you're implying with GTA.
Its called a "sequel". eek:
And the graphics? Please. Id like to see you make a game that huge, on a system with obvious limits, and still keep the frame rate over 5 fps. sleeping:
