[Tripper]

I'm pretty sure the whole Chav scene is a direct product of the UK...I just read some of the urban dictionary responses and it reminded me to a T of a buddy of mine (no longer a friend) who went to england for like 2 years. He came back a little under a year ago and he had changed into a complete and utter twat.

Me and my other buddies were like, "Wtf." We couldn't take him out to any bars or parties or anywhere with other people because he had changed into such a fucking arsehole, getting too drunk and always trying to start fights and shit.

He dresses EXACTLY as described, sports gear mixed with a bit of ghetto fabulousness, short hair. I've stopped hanging out with him and now he scours the streets like a crackhead with his new cracky friends.
....and to top it off the guy is like 5ft, with small-man syndrome.
