On my server (AA.com game server ) you would be close but I would not have a problem with that. Last night we has someone called "Mr. eatolotof"kitty" you get the hint. I first broadcast a message from autokick to "please change your nick Mreatolot... . I then entered the game asked anyone if they had asked him to change his name. Someone said yes, I kicked/banned him without even asking directly. Come on every 4 min. there is a message that pops up letting everyone know the rules for nicks.
Oh well.

Some players just do it because they know the server has a rule against it. And they think MOH cant ban anyone. The do not relies or know about Autokick.
