That may be true, but it is still more likely for Person A to become the MD and person B to live on the streets. Based on the circumstances in which they grew up. In some cases like Person A, this person obviously has some mental disabilities/problems. I still think most people are molded into evil people by peer pressure or the lifestyle they grow up in, and some special cases when they have mental problems.
