There's a problem about making female skins: the manon skeleton (which is the one used mainly for girl skins) has some defects on it which make the weapons appear in odd positions to people who doesn't own the skin (well, the right scenario is: you are using a skin based on manon and the server you're playing on does have it installed: then anyone on that server who doesn't have that skin installed will see your weapon pointing to the sky). It does also happen when using skins based on the german_winter2 model.

The alternative will be using a skin with manon head but not her body (i.e.: putting manon head on a man skeleton). It doesn't look so strange. Really.
