Stammer is Offline Captain Posts: 5,021 Join Date: Mar 2005	05-13-2005, 05:12 PM Muscle twitches -- i.e., tiny, repetitive, non-painful movements of a muscle (as in eyelids, arms, and legs) that are often benign and not associated with any disease. If it doesn't hurt you should be fine. I got one after running once, and I just ran around a little more, streched, and rubbed it and it went away.
