Ok I just got them today and I already hate them. I was wondering if you guys have any tips or what do you do for like eating different foods?

i had em. Got em off about a year ago. the braces arent bad u get used to em. The retainer sucks more cause the expect u to wear it and it shows if u dont.

Lets see... I had braces for 3 years. I always had problems with cheetos, they always got stuck in my braces. Uhhh, also stuff like taffy would be bad. You will get used to them soon, just make sure you carry that little christmas tree brush with you. The braces are easy compared to the damn retainer you will have next. I had braces but got them off 5 months ago.. God they were crap..I ws soo happy when i got them off

I had them about 2 years ago and it was HELL for me since i play the trumpet. OMG, everytime i played, my teeth would reposition and bleed. That was the worst time I ever had in my life. The weird thing is I never had a retainer. I just had a mouthpiece thingy (like mouthpiece for athletes) to wear for 4 hours a day, then I gradually lowered the hours until i only had to wear it at night.

My teeth are just hurting me from thinking about then! Argh!
