Well, I've got a Shuffle, but they're pretty muc the same as far as itunes goes..

After burning the CD to itunes, it'll probably be under "Recently Added" and included to your "Library" (note the quotation marks). If you just want the CD you just burned, drag and drop Recently Added onto your iPod symbol. If you want you're entire library, drag and drop that. What I usually do is make sub-folders, for the bands and albums..its a whole lot easier than selecting every individual song from your library.

Now for the whole duplicates thing...I dont know.
