that's sounds good to me. although if you did that, then you would have to raise the smoking and army recruitment age.

i think they should do that as welll, not to mention raise the driving age here in CA. 16 year olds can drive over here, wtf is wrong with the DMV?

you can drive at 16 and 6 months here in PA. The entire age group really isn't a problem. It's when you get those 16 year old girls talking on their cell phones while driving in daddy's big SUV. Now THAT'S where the problem lies.
