Dear god..... No NO & NO. 1st. Sell the neon and if you still want a neon buy a neon sport or expresso, Which boasts the good ole SOHC 2.0 engine sporting 150hp. Next = do prep work for the car, performance parts. small exterior mods which are not cheap or ricy, aka clear corners, shave a few badges, tint, nice set of rims, Short Ram air intake, new pulleys, headers, synthetic oil, synthetic fluids, cat back exaust system, lowering springs (NOT CUT SPRINGS), then once you are sporting a car with a nice basic setup and a good 160hp throw on a "conservative kit", none of this BLITS KIT or DRIFTER KIT bullshit. Most body kits ruin the cars lines, so why throw one on....I also doubth VERY MUCH that you beat a RX8 in a fucking neon....
