I had a client-side UCE filter completely written down on paper a long time ago but never acted on it; having no programming experience whatsoever. About a year later, three companies offer a similar product and, I'm sure, will generate a considerable amount of money. Damn the lazy bastard that I am ! Lord knows legislation won't do jack shit.
