The only problems I ever have end up being a corrupted pk3 mod file (blood, sound, skin, but usually sound). Once in a while, one of the 3rd party coop launchers buggers up the game too. If you have put some modded pk3s in your "main" folder, try taking them out one at a time. I won't be able to follow up if you reply: I'll be away for an undetemined period of time. Hope you work it out though. Still think this is a great game.
