I know m8, but Id rather ask a few questions aboot it, since Ive read the same thing a dozen times. Just wanna make sure Im doin it right.

1st: Half the places Ive visited says it should be hot/boiling water, the other half says just warm. Which one??

2nd: How exactly should it be worn? Height over eyebrows? Height over right ear? How "deep" in on the head?
