ok so i need to cut some movies i downloaded into two files. they are all .avi files. any recommendations would be helpful.

lol. i have a shitload of movies for my friend im burning. i need to minimize waiting time, i dont feel like spending 5 hrs cutting up all these movies

Sony Vegas, Final Cut Pro, Premier 7 Pro.......

BUT your best bet is to do all your movie work on a mac, since it is all 1-1 rendering. (which means a lot faster)
