Has anyone every sent a complaint Letter to a company before?
If so what did they do to fix the problem?
I just sent my first complaint Letter to a company because they said my purchase would be in on a certain date but it wasnt and then was told that it would be in that night but would definitely be there the next day for me to pick up, but it wasnt. (it was there but wasnt unloaded yet) The distance is about an hours drive to this place and once I pick up this purchase (when ever that is) it will have cost me over $60 in gas. mad:

i sent multiple complaint letters to http://www.crazytees.com I ordered the O RLY owl t-shirt on December 2nd 2005 and hoped it would be in before christmas. It never came and they billed me for it anyways.
I will never order from those assholes again, they dont answer their emails.
