My dad is a cop too, he told me about this crazy guy they call the Raisin (big fat mental guy), he likes to direct traffic, and sleep in the middle of the road. I've seen him before, and he wears this winter hat with ear-flaps all year round, even in the summer. Once he robbed a store, and spent all the money ($100) on chocolate bars, he ate about $30 worth before the caught him and took back the money (but they could only give back $70, because the Raisin ate all the rest). It's always funny to see a big fat guy with a winter hat on directing traffic, in the middle of the summer.
