If you have 2 Pcs setup correctly and they see each other on the network.

run a Dedicated server(in MP options click dedicated as you start)

Then reopen MOHAA>EXE on both pcs and go to MP options and select LAN game (on both ) pcs the game you set up earlier should be running and available to both PCs to play (with no PING)

Thats it for you to play 1 v 1 its free.

For others to join you need to give your IP out.
