well if they want to jam often or with like within an hours notice it is a bit hard to if you would be so far away so maybe if they have some aspirations then they followed on with it. Otherwise than the behind your back thing thats probaly because its one of those things people would have a problem admitting/telling a friend. definitely true, but i cant help but feel a bit bummed about it. thats really the perfect way to describe it, just bummed. nothing to cry over, nothing to end the friendships over, just something to get me down for a bit.
