[quote="TGB!":bf14c]I dont buy moderation in this argument as a means to justify E's harmlessness. Any substance that can alter the brains sense of perception isnt harmless - period. I get it that its the "social" drug, but so was cocaine at one point in America (and the worlds) history (Coca Cola anyone?) - and was considered a benign drug until its prohibition.

There isn't enough research to show the ill-effects of E one way or another, but it is a stimulant; that is enough for me to know it's not all Rainbows And Sunshine.

We're not advocating its use, I just dont think anyone is going to benefit from a series of college-aged kids getting class-A convictions for having a party drug....Its not as if they're going to be spending their days sucking dicks in alleyways for their next hit.

I dont think anyone here really thinks its a harmless drug, like we've said a number of times. It just isnt going to destroy your life on the same scale as mega-dangerous drugs like crack and heroin which really will take the life out of you and turn you into a zombie, and yet its got the same classification.

Lets not forget that E is a party drug, noone I know that takes it has it outside of evening social hours. They're not wandering the streets during the day robbing people to afford their second hit of E. You dont really fiend for E. IMO it should be considered a class-b or even class-c drug.
